What is haristore?
Its an spiritual e-commerce website that has listing of many thousands of products to assist in your spiritual progress.
Is it only for Vaishnavas?
Certianly Not! Anyone who is interested in absoulte spiritual growth can find their relevant listing here. Afterall, we are all children of Paramatma Lord Sriman Narayana, so our listing fits everyone :)
Our listing also has many thousands of pooja products thats common for daily spiritual practices across sanata dharma faiths.
How long does it take to ship my order?
It usually takes between 1 and 4 days before your order is shipped. All of our orders are shipped by logistics service such as DTDC courier or Professional courier from our Chennai warehouse. For most of the pincodes it takes between 1 to 4 days to receive the parcel after its dispatched.
In some cases ,where the particualr product takes longer time to get it done or procrure (mostly in case of books), shipping may take somewhere between 7 to 10 days.
For international orders we use either DHL or in some cased Fed-Ex to ship the parcel. It normally takes 4 working days to receive the parcel after its dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight of the products in your shopping cart.
Can i get a tracking number once shipped?
To be honest, we haven't been doing this until recently! Luckily, we have progressed! We do e-mail tracking numbers once the order is shipped.
What happens if i received a damaged product or a different product?
We will replce the exact one immediately! We take resposibility of the product until it reaches you in good shape. If the product is damages during transit, we do send a replacement.
Can i return the product? Whats the return policy?
Yes, you may return within 7 days of receiving the parcel for most of the categories listed. However, we request you to kindly use the return policy wisely, due to practical difficulties.
Can i checkout without creating user account?
Yes, you may checkout as a guest, but we recommend you to create a user account to receive order updates, as well as some real offers.
What are the modes of payment?
You can pay using your debit/credit card or net banking issued in India. For international transactions, you may use your debit/credit card.
How secured is your site?
Haristore, is secured with SSL certificate. We do not process payments on our own. For order payments, we use an secured third party payment gateway provider (Razorpay, Paypal) which handles millions of secured transactions each day. So its highly safe and secure to pay online in our website
How long does it take to isse a refund?
Either if you had returned your product or if we haven't shipped part of your order or if we have cancelled your order (in rare cases). We inform your over e-mail an we issue a refund via payment gateway and the refund amount reaches the same account that you had paid, within 5 working days of initiating the refund.
Can i place a bulk order? Any discounts?
Yes, we do handle bulk order frequently, especially our customers order useful return gifts such as books, pooja items for wedding, Upanayanam, engagement function, biirthday, Navarathri etc..
Do you take custom orders?
We do make custom products as well as cutomize existing products for your need. Please contact us through chat, mail or phone for custom orders
