Shipping and Returns
It usually takes between 1 and 4 days before your order is shipped. All of our orders are shipped by logistics service such as DTDC courier or Professional courier from our Chennai warehouse. For most of the pincodes it takes between 1 to 4 days to receive the parcel after its dispatched.
In some cases ,where the particualr product takes longer time to get it done or procrure (mostly in case of books), shipping may take somewhere between 7 to 10 days.
For international orders we use either DHL or in some cased Fed-Ex to ship the parcel. It normally takes 4 working days to receive the parcel after its dispatched.
You may return within 7 days of receiving the parcel for most of the categories listed. However, we request you to kindly use the return policy wisely, due to practical difficulties.
Either if you had returned your product or if we haven't shipped part of your order or if we have cancelled your order (in rare cases). We inform your over e-mail and we issue a refund via payment gateway and the refund amount reaches the same account that you had paid, within 5 working days of initiating the refund.
